Meeting Minutes – 2025-04-01

  1. Opening Day
    1. Need Signer going to ask Andrea and or have trumpets in background
    2. 11:00 start 
    3. 1:30 varsity softball game 
    4. Will have uniforms 
  2. Cages
    1. Getting nets for the cages
    2. Mark off where pitching machine should be place
  1. Fields
    1. Port a potty at highlands to be split with soccer
    2. Getting lights for Lower Vets 
  1. Snack Stand
    1. Will have fully stocked in next couple weeks
    2. Open for every Varsity game softball and baseball
    3. Funds for stocking to be split with baseball
  1. Travel
    1. 10U and 3/4 teams
    2. All 5th on 10U  & 3rd on 3/4
    3. 4th grades will have an evaluation for team placement
    4. 12U and 14U full 
    5. Uniforms will be ordered for travel deadline 4/15 any late signup will not have names
    6. Waiting on responses for 8U team 
  1. Tournament June 5-8
    1. Kick off on Thursday-skills challenge
    2. Trophies for the individual awards
    3. Rings for Champions and runner-ups
  1. New Website ready and could be made live. 
  1. Apparel Sale maybe magnets and water bottles
